The company's Daubert do Brasil, Ltda. (Daubert Brasil) subsidiary is based in Limeira, Brazil, where it manufactures, markets, and sells the company's complete line of proprietary cor- rosion inhibitor packaging and rust preven- tive liquids. This expansion is the latest move by the company to make its products available to global customers more effi- ciently by manufacturing locally and pro- viding more direct technical support, according to group officials. The company also has manufacturing sites in China, Slovakia, and India, as well as offices in Germany, Belgium, and Mexico. Daubert Brasil will manufacture and sell the com - pany's brands of volatile corrosion inhibitor paper and packaging, as well as devices and rust preventive liquids. Composite pipeline repair products pro- vider Clock Spring Co., LP (Houston, Texas) announced the relaunch of its 25-year-old brand to trans- form its busi- ness with a focus on safety, innovation, and steward- ship. As part of leadership changes, Matt Boucher was elected president and CEO. He was recruited in 2016 due to his back- ground in leading business transforma- tions. Prior to his hire, Boucher served as senior vice president of operations and transformation at The Brock Group (Hous- ton, Texas). Meanwhile, the pipeline repair group also announced the promotion of Andrew Patrick and the appointments of Buddy Powers, Ivan Zavala, and David Teeter. Patrick, a 20-year company veteran, was promoted to executive vice president of global sales with responsibility for leading customer engagement programs and enhancing value with composite solutions. Powers, a 15-year veteran who returned after a two-year leadership position with Stress Engineering Services (Houston, Texas), was named vice president of prod- uct management and technical service.
