With 15 years in analysis in industrial plants, he has written more than 20 scientific articles, 50 techni- cal articles, 10 full books, and 20 book chapters; and he has presented at 40 conferences as a speaker. Since 2002, he has worked on material charac- terization, electrical analysis, reliability, and failure analysis of semiconductor electronic devices. Currently, he works as a full-time professor at the engineering school of CETYS University and as a researcher at the Center of Excellence in Innovation & Design—CETYS University. Since 2012 he has been a member of the National Research System from the National Science and Technology Council (CONACYT). His main areas of interest are industrial electronics, semiconductors, material characterization, solid state devices reliability, and failure analysis.
